I coach a 3rd – 5th grade kids dance team and the theme for their dance is “California Girls” by Katy Perry.

The routine is going to be sassy and fun but I need help with costume ideas!
I know I want them in sparkly blue spandex shorts (Like Katy Perry wears in the video) but I need help with cute tops.

It can’t be too sleezy, because they are kids. (of all sizes)
