Any shoes with some grip but not to much grip. Look into casual shoes such as converse or adidas but its ultimately the shoes you feel most comfortable moving in which may be a pair you own rite now.

if your group is gonna dance at some prom, wear some colorful clothes. I’m not sure for the pants. If you won’t dance at the party, wear short short.

I don’t know how old you are, but if you are particularly young and the show will primarily consist of other young people with their parents in the crowd, they may find you dressing as a girl to be offensive, and your teacher wouldn’t want to offend the audience.
Also a skirt and tights may not look all that okay with your male body parts, and so it may be deemed inappropriate.
And the studio I went to as a kid was associated with a local school district and if yours is as well, you probably won’t be allowed to “cross-dress” and then represent the school district.
Basically, I think it’s alright for you to be whoever you want to be, but If you ask your teacher and he/she says no, don’t be discouraged because he/she might have very good reasons for doing so like those listed above.
