I honestly just use one the whole year- a short sleeved leotard.
For fall, I usually wear a short sleeved tee shirt or three quarter length shirt over it, to keep slightly warm.
For winter, I wear a long sleeved shirt, a tight hoodie, or a sweater over it.
For spring, I wear a short sleeved tee shirt over it.
And for summer, I wear a short sleeved tee shirt over it.
Also, for winter, I’m sure to wear my leg warmers over my tights to keep warm- my studio is freezing!

Any shoes with some grip but not to much grip. Look into casual shoes such as converse or adidas but its ultimately the shoes you feel most comfortable moving in which may be a pair you own rite now.

Gymnastics leotards are more decorated. Some are long sleeves, some tank tops. But most have some sort of designs on them.
Dance leotards are more like this:

I have never seen a decorated dance leotard unless it was a costume for some sort of performance. Dance leotards are made of a very stretchy almost spandex like material and are very plain.
