what’s the dffrence between a dance and a gymnastics leo? not a competition one or anything, just a regular one to practice in.

The biggest difference in dance leos verses gymnastics leos is that dance ones are generally made of a thinner material. I suggest getting a gymnastics one personally, because once you are to be spotted by a coach, it’s easier for the coach to “leotard” spot you if the leo is thick. Also, the thick gymnastics leos are less likely to stretch out with all the wear and tear.
